The autoclave Vacuklav 40 B+ Evolution impresses with its high loading capacities, an intuitive operating concept and record operating times. The B-Class cycle with a fractionated prevacuum ensures safe sterilization of even complex hollow body instruments, such as hand pieces or endoscopes.
The fixed water connection of the MELAG steam sterilizer makes for effective cooling of the high-performance vacuum system. The DRYtelligence® Technology and Sleep-Mode button of the new Vacuklav 40 B+ Evolution ensure both energy and time efficiency as well as userfriendliness in practice and clinic use.

Record operating times through the patented double-jacket technology: wrapped instruments can be sterilized in the Quick-Program in only 20 minutes; unwrapped instruments are sterilized in only 10 minutes (inc. fractionated pre-vacuum and drying)

Vacuklav 40 B+ Evolution is connected to a water treatment unit to ensure automatic supply of the autoclave with demineralized water. You can produce high-quality demineralized water using either the MELAdem 40 compact water treatment system, the economical and environmentally-friendly MELAdem 47 or the high-performance MELAdem 53.
Take your instrument decontamination process to the next level with our wide range of accessories. Print barcode-labels using the MELAG MELAprint 60 to trace the instruments and other loading elements. The MELAstore-System optimizes the entire instrument decontamination workflow. Using the MELAG MELAstore-Boxes in conjunction with MELAstore-Trays ensures maximum safety and time-efficiency in a practice and clinic setting.
